Authorisation problem for Igloo AB

    Been trying for days now, but I still couldn't get pass the authorisation. I put exception in my firewall, switch off my firewall, and even switch off my antivirus but all came out fruitless.

    I used to get pass the authorisation (years ago because I quit Neopets. I now create a brand new account)

    If it's for AU, then you need to either rebuy it or have an admin or moderator readd it to your program list because right now, you're not authorized to use it. To remain authorized you must remain a least a little bit active on our forums.

    It's just IglooAB. I pm'ed expon and he said I still have access to all the programmes I downloaded.

    It says Neo Username on one.. and Username on the other :p

    At least its working :)
