DoTA is pretty old now lol and takes close to no skill. Well in my opinion at least, as far as the best game in the world...that's open to debate. Anyways, it does get quite boring fast and such. I rather play something with a bit more strat and such, but that's just me.
Man, I haven't played DOTA in over a year now My favorite hero's were Razor and Medusa. At least I think thats what they were called, haha. To me they're the most versatile characters. Don't have a specific build for each since each build varies depending on the opponents.
I like terrorblade a lot! Just jungle early and late game. After you get eye of skaedi, and sanga and yasha and manta....just own life crazy, BTW, SnY stacks with Eye of Skaedi when he is in morphed mode
The lich King is a great nuker..But the best heroes are Troll WArlord, Phantom LAncer and Phantom Assasin
Lol. Dota. Great game. Favorite character is Vengeful spirit. What's not to like: Early game high stats (great attack speed, good animation also). mid lvl dmg nuke w/ mid time stun!~ I find that it's amazing to get a chicken at the start and then solo mid and farm up a bottle and crow. Spam your nuke til 0 (or near) and then use your bottle refill, constantly do this... your opposing laner will be completely owned. Their creep score will suck, and you will have a fantastic laning position (free farm!) or if you choose you can go gank with the easy gold and level advantage you'll have by owning mid as solo
Crystal maiden was my first hero and will always be my favourite XD Although she's pretty useless against some heroes. Drow's my next her of choice.
Countless hours spent on DoTa... time just passes by when you're playing this game. Seriously, lol. I favor agi heroes over other heroes.
Ohgod. I haven't played Dota in foreverrr! hahaha. Well, I haven't played WoW or WoW III in a looong time. xD

yeah Heroes of Newerth is actually like dota, but...I have to admit, a lot better. too bad you're going to have to start paying for it soon anyone played HoN before?
Haha Dota, that was where I spent my time during the high school years XD I played up till the version where the batrider dude was released and liked pretty much all the heroes except treant, KoTL and techies B) Yea I heard HoN has been dominating Dota recently but never played haha
how could you not like kotl/techies??? D: they're super fun to use, and fun when there's one on your team. but playing against them is a whole different story xD HoN has the same gameplay, same map, some new heroes, much better interface and other small little things that makes it much better than dota : )
