Yes you can, here is how 1. start the flash game cheating program 2. open the file or game 3. check the box that says speedhack 4. in the first input put 0,1 till 2,0 if you want it faster try 1,2 , 1,4 or 1,5 if you want it slower try 0,8 , 0,5 or 0,3 5 play the game and it will slow

Yeah, but I assumed ppl would know to go there. I think 5.1.1 is better than the 5.3 ... You can use more hacks on the older versions. Bit like Flash player and I.Explorer.
for the stophie stew tip, in the beginning of the game, i've scan value 5, i've lose a life and i've scan value 4, i've double click on a value and i've put the case frozen but i haven't got infinite life ! where is the matter ?
I got banned using speedhack coz i am stupid. At first I used speedhack(speederXP) to get a high-score. But to prevent anyone snatching my tropphy i used speedhack again. And then tada i got banned the next day! so dont submit score that could give the message "Your score is high The neopets team have to review it first." or msg that is something like dat after u send score.
