    Can anyone tell me what software can I use and how much would it cost if I want to learn programming? Thank you very much.

    Hey, welcome to the forum

    You can download visual basic .net 2005 here:

    http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/express/vb/download/

    and that's really the only software you need.
    There are lots of online tutorials for visual basic .net to get you started...

    nice im gonna try to learn it, is vb the program used to make the igloo autoer? if not wut is it? cuz i wanna try to make programs like that

    yes, I used vb.net to make that. You might prefer to learn vb6, since there are some http wrappers out which make it easier to send/receive stuff from the internet.

    i cant find out how to get started.. it says to click new.. then it brings up a "templates" screen and there is nothing there to click on

    but about vb6, where can i dl this? i couldnt find it on google
