This is similar to the way neoacademy does their one click avatar thing. Just click the link and wait for the page to completely load (until the bottom bar of your browser no longer says waiting for neopets.com or something like that). This will get you 81 of the clickable avatars (reload if you don't get all of them), with two more avatars if you click it between 10pm and 5am nst. item-market-f56/clickable-avatars-t4245.html
