I pressed the link and was directed to a pet page which says the owner has been frozen? I think there's a problem on the site which I was first sent to after clicking the link... But I guess it has nothing to do with you! I like your guide so much as it is really a piece of news for me!
It's because it's not a real account. The pets are on that account, but tnt don't want us to see them, those sneaky rats
