I dislike 3D movies. It just seems unnecessary, and the price definitely isn't worth it.

well, i never watched one, and it's actually $3 dollars more, but the annoying thing is they don't have 3D at the movie theather right in the mall, so i have to go further in another part of the city to watch it.

The only 3D I've ever seen is Avatar, and I hated the experience.
Only after half an hour my whole head hurt and I had a massive headache.
And it looked a bit strange putting 3D glasses over my regular glasses (not that anybody could see).
I understand it's the new fad, but I'm not really for it.

Ithink IMAX makes 3d glasses to fit over your regular glasses but from what I hear they are HUGE and uncomfortable :( gotta wear contacts if you go to see a movie

3D movies aren't THAT bad, but I still prefer normal movies mainly because I get a bit dizzy (particularly Avatar)

Honestly, I hate 3D movies. I refuse to pay extra to get a headache from a movie. I haven't gone to see anything 3D but I've definitely noticed when watching movies that were made to be 3D (avatar, how to train your dragon, alice in wonderland). Me and my hubby both agree that there are parts in those movies that just look...well, cheesy, because they're made to be seen in 3D. I dunno, bugs the heck out of me but like I said I won't pay to go see them so whatever.

I agree, they give me a headache too. I don't know how the 3D trend got started, but it is slowly ruining movie quality. I cringe everytime I see a "see it in 3D!" commercial. o_O And a lot of the people I know, too, feel that way, so how is it they keep it up?

soon 3D movies will cost the same as regular (expensive anyway) its already happening in some places (key west) some movies are sweet in 3D ex. Avatar and recently Saw 3D (the gore the sweet sweet gore) but yeah its still a cheap gimmick and is no replacement for the elements that make a good film

I watch good 3D movies which are mostly made through good graphic softwares like Max & Maya.

Personally, I dont think it's necessary to watch a movie in 3D, the glasses they provide in my local theater are extremely uncomfortable and there's basically not much difference from the standard 2D version, I would say is save up those extra bucks from 3D movies and spend it on an upgrade for your popcorn or something!

3D movies are hard to watch in my opinion. I was unable to watch Resident Evil because of the 3D.

Personally I love to watch 3D movies and always prefer to watched this types of movie first. Amazing enjoyment to watch this types of movie. Nice effect and great sound in 3D movies. Avatar and Resident Evil are my most favourite 3D movies and watched more than ten times.

I thought Alice in Wonderful was great in 3d. I have to agree that the 3d glasses are crap, particularly for people who have to wear actual glasses underneath. They give me a terrible headache. I also saw Clash of the Titans in 3d and it wasn't nearly as well done.
