Too bad I wasn't on earlier to post on this thread Well you kind of hate us and we beat you in the semis so..most American hockey fans hate us lol. Canadian records/accomplishments: 18 straight wins in WJHC, only 7 goals against (2nd best in tournament history), 3rd straight gold medal, first win on European ice since 1997, the goalie, 1 defencemand and 1 forward named to tournament allstar team, goalie named tournament MVP. The guys did a great job. Carey Price was awsome and Johnathon Toews had another great tournament. I'm so happy =) After the 3-0 opening period, me and my friend predicted the Russians would come out hard in the 2nd but the score would be 4-1 after 2..close enough =).
big deal you beat us..i'd rather have a neighboring country win instead of russia..and since u beat us i'm glad you guys won to prove we got beat by a good team..
