    Yeah, I know right, the nineteen years later was so sloppily done. In the book, the 19 years later was awesome because it gave the reader something to finish the book off with. J.K. Rowling did a good job, but as usual, the movie directors didn't.

    yep, I know, right? they didn't explain anyone's jobs, they didn't capture malfoy correctly. and just in general, they did a horrible job with everything involving neville in the movie lol

    I loved the movie. Sure, they left stuff out, but whatever. If you haven't learned to appreciate the movies as a completely separate entity by now, you've ruined your HP experience, not the film directors. Of course the books are better, and of course they left things out that you think are important. Everyone who compares the books and the movies thinks that.

    8D I am definitely a fan.

    I read all the books. I slowwwllyy read them as they came out, but didn't get past the third one, until the 6th movie came out when I read all the books consecutively. The Half blood prince was the first movie I saw after I read the books, and I am not sure if that greatly influenced how I felt about that movie, but I couldn't stand it. I litterally finished reading the book the night before the movie came out, and went to see it in the morning. So maybe.

    But other than that I love both of the series as their own entities. From the books, my favorite one was probably a tie between...oh man, I can't even think which one I liked more, but the goblet of fire was definitely one of my most favorites. And I thought it was the most boring movie of the movie franchise (having nothing to do with the actual book to movie relationship, just in general). And my absolute favorite movie was the order of the phoenix. Reading the book after the movie came out was entertaining because it just made you hate Umbridge just -that- much more. Omg.

    And I recently finished playing the lego harry potter yrs 1-4 on my xbox. :3 Fun. First lego game I finished ^^;;
    And speaking of legos, the only set I ever put together for display was the hp sets. I've got like $300 invested in hp legos @_@;; oops. But I don't have much merchandise aside from that. Though I desperately want a full hufflepuff school set with robes and stuff. Shhh...don't tell :p

    lol I am sure it was just friendly banter, but I felt like piping in :p
    I am definitely not booksmart enough to be a ravenclaw. I'd totes be hufflepuff, hands down. I'm too cowardly to be in gryfindor, or slytherin. I jump at my own shadow ;__;....

    I have not red any of the Harry Potter Books but my favourite movie was the first one. I thought it was more for children then what we have now. That is my opinion and I am sure other people will disagree with me.
