The fav song thread got me thinking...which concerts have you been to and which ones have been the best?
I want to go to the MCR concert but I haven't been to many so the most recent was a Black Eyed Peas concert.
HAHA MIDNA (ILU HAHA). I've been to an MCR concert before. In fact, it was my first and only concert so far, unless you count seeing Kristine Sa and KOTOKO at A-Kon. I'm going to see Dir en Grey next monthhhh.
I went to Sam Roberts. =) lmao. I think he's amazing. He wrote a song about where I live (Thunder Bay), and it's amazing, 'cause we're like, this little hick town. =X
I'm so sorry to hear that. The Bled + Versus the Mirror is really the only big-named bands I've seen.
Ive seen so many . but ill try to remember them all (most of them were at either warped tour or ozzfest.) Fear Factory L7 (1995) Plain White T's Yellowcard Coheed and Cambria The Distillers(4 times) 9 Lives Weezer CKY Shadows Fall Joan Jett Guttermouth Something Corporate The Casualties AFI Papa Roach As I Lay Dying Lamb of God Black Label Society Mudvayne Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards Dropkick Murphys Rancid Twiztid Deftones The Misfits Soulfly Killswitch Engage Mindless Self Indulgence Korn Disturbed Cold Alkaline Trio Sublime (95) Rise Against The Offspring Long Beach Dub Allstars Tsunami Bomb Atreyu Cherry Poppin' Daddies Transplants Less Than Jake NOFX Underoath The Used Nine Inch Nails Kittie Tool and Slipknot. I know theres way more in there but i cant think of them at this second.
I've been to Weird Al's concerts and Green Day, both very good in my opinion. Songs are great too hehe.
My most-watched live band is Of Montreal. I've been to see them 3 times, going for a fourth in february.
I saw Korn, Linkin Park, Snoop Dogg, and Less than Jake in one concert. I saw Sevendust and Puddle of Mudd in another. And I saw Savage Garden. At the time, they were all excellent. I got more from the first concert, but it was exhausting. I won tickets to Atlanta to see it a few years ago.
ive been to 2 backstreet boy concerts & they rocked! i know u dont believe me but they did!! it was great i had a blast! also went to elton john, not much of a fan so he was boring.
I've mainly seen completely unknown local bands. No big names, I can't afford that. If the stars would align in my favor enough to have money they'd have aligned for the time machine to come into play. In which case I'd go and see Queen at Wembley Stadium in 1986 and U2 at the Point Deopt in 1989. *Drool*
