All the information is given in there. If you would actually read what was written instead of posting to get forum cash you would know which ones are good with newbie accounts (if by start out you mean fresh account.)

But also i like pharmacy for the record, on new accounts.

Of course you can AB without proxies, it's just a safer way to hide links between legit mains and abing shells. Getting frozen thing, happens to everyone just starting off. You learn though, but can still get frozen even if you are being safe as possible.

Quick question - when trying to make a list - like from JN - there is nothing listed as pharmacy. What would the category be - medical cures, medicine, a combination or something else?

 

That list is price ordered, you may want to check the bottom couple of items are still profitable.

This site is extremely useful too. You can search just a specific shop and see everything it restocks, and adblock the unwanted items right from there. And it provides prices for rare items that don't have many trades to base off of

Is there any benefit to making your own list vs. letting the AU program generate one for you? And does anyone know how that program goes about making a list?

 

the AU program uses jellyneo as a database... the values of the items are only a rough estimate so there may be items that will be mispriced as being something profitable when it really isnt.... so clearly making your own prevents this

the list gen takes all items r95 and up then adds in all items < r95 but above a certain value of your choice
