Climbing The Site Rank Ladder

Is there any other way to climb the site rank ladder other then constanly having to post. Been a member now for 6 yrs and I'm still low on pole Not much of a poster kind of gal

 

Aside from Level V and up I do believe posting is the only way to "climb the ladder". I think back in the day when we had contests posts were given as prizes to boost post count. And possibly contributions got them every now and then, I may be mistaken it has been a long time I have been here for over 6 years and it isn't easy getting into Level V but it has it's perks.

 

Well thats just a bummer to hear... Looks like I'm going to be level 1 for another six years lol. Oh Well. Thanks MCheezie

Unfortunately, yea. maybe we should give a free level every few years or something...

 

I agree I think I should be level five by now considering the the years and the contributions I have made!!

 

make a level 5 app then saying all these contributions and us level 5s will have a vote to see

 

Actually don't do this.

It wont be considered.

I don't know what contributions you think you have made in 150 posts that warrants you to be level 5 after 3 years of inactivity, but I assure you, it wont get you to level 5.

 

Actually My Financial contributions have been great which helps support this site. Have a little chat with Expon before you go blasting me like that again. Ive donated many times. If he was to say he needed money for something for the site I'de be the first to send it.

 

But still Level V can't be bought - it has to be deserved and earned. I have donated several times myself AND contributed a lot of time and effort here.

 

I've actually never spoken with expon as tharoux and lightning have been the admins in charge while I've been around here.

You've been inactive for 3 years, to come back and say you deserve level 5 is laughable and I will not hesitate to point that out.

As MCheezie said, level 5 is not bought, it is earned through reputation and dedication.

Edit: As a side note, there is currently a discussion going on to change some of the rank requirements, however level 5 will likely remain the same.
