Who's seen it? Dubbed the 'Prequel but not really prequel' to Alien, Ridley Scott takes a decent concept of a film, and makes a mess of it. A fun, enjoyable mess to watch, but a mess nonetheless. Filled with unnecessary lines and stupid actions, I'll admit that there were some very entertaining scenes every now and then. A mess, but worth watching.
Hmmm I'm not familiar with Alien.... Is this supposed to be like a scary movie or more along the lines of comedy?
More like a thriller than a horror, and there are some humorous lines, but I wouldn't say it's a comedy either. So you haven't heard of the movie franchise Aliens? Aliens vs. Predator etc?
I saw it and I really liked it. I thought it was pretty good and I hope they make a second movie of it.
I heard it was disgustingly gruesome so I did not watch it. I heard there is one part where an alien comes outta a women's stomach or sth like that
watched it with my boyfriend and I really liked it. Quite interesting, especially the beginning. And the alien race is interesting. I agree it's a bit messy, but entertaining.
Watched it like a week ago. I liked that everything looked real. It's not that can't of story that you won't believe. Maybe it's true about the future...
I liked Prometheus but never guessed it was a prequel to Alien... Then again i barely remember Alien anyway.
I really liked it, but I wouldn't call myself an Alien aficionado or anything. I love anything with mystery, especially things that involve races or cultures that no longer exist. I was sort of reminded of Uru at times (I love that game...).
