V for Vendetta. Sticking it into the man big time. This film has so many well thought out lines it's insane. The sciency fictiony post-apocalyptic thing is also a favorite theme of mine. I enjoyed the resident evil series of films as well but they sorta went too far with the ending in the 3rd. And the way the 4th started was just stupid.

(How nice it is, having these commercial bots gravedigging old topics. I suppose it's okay to post here anyway, now that this is bumped up.) My all-time favorite films are Edward Scissorhands, Dead Poets' Society and Porco Rosso. Also Nolan's Batman trilogy and The Hobbit are ranked high for me. These I could watch over and over and over again and probably never get tired.
Equilibrium and V for Vendetta are two of my all time faves. Incepion is amazing and Shutter Island (pretty much all movies with Leonado DiCaprio are mind-blowing). I had a priod of complete obsession with Despicable Me and How to Train Your Dragon and Spirited Away is a childhood movie I will always be fascinated with. Except from those Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings have special places in my hearts. My favorite HP movie is Prisoner of Askaban and I think they really should have kept Alfonso Cuaron for more movies. I think it's when the trio actually became actors more than kids having fun on the set and they really gave all they could. I also love the editing and set. As far as LOTR goes, it is probably the most epic series ever. I saw The Hobbit and I wasn't as impressed with it. Even if they have the technology they have today, it seemed a lot more commercial for some reason.
The Pirates of the Caribbean series. Which is actually why I have a pirate krawk and am saving for a Pirate Captain' Cutlass.
Starship troopers is my favourite of all time Not a good rating at all, but it's the movie I've watched most, probably like 15 times. It has it all, Guns, chicks, aliens, explosions, Neil Patrick Harris.
I'm kind of torn between Tangled, How to train your dragon and Wreck it Ralph. Im a sucker for animation movies. x)
Probably a tie between Citizen Kane, Dr Strangelove (or, How I learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb), and a much older movie from 1936 called Cavalcade which is about two families, one rich and one relatively poor, in Britain from the Boer war to the end of the first world war.
super troopers was a pretty wicked one, a long with the slammin' salmon (which by the way, "is" the same entire cast of super troopers!!) So either way, Id say more the cast than the movie...
