how to join daily give away- -?

    It's a randomly drawn lottery of users that have a certain number of posts. I won once, but I wasn't around to collect. xD

    its actually a minimum of 50 posts, I just looked into lowering it to 40, the posts required for level 1, but either i can't find it, or only an admin can make that change
