Everyone is blaming the russians for the bombing. http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04 ... alive?lite They caught one of the suspects too... Who do you think really did it...?
I don't know why people/media automatically blame an entire country/religion/race for the horrible acts of a few individuals. The people who did the bombing.. were the two people that they caught/killed for doing the bombing. Period.
Just an update (if you guys didn't follow it): the second suspect was caught alive. To blame the 'Russians' is very generic too: Russia is a multi-ethnic country. Chechnya was part of the USSR (after WWII) until it collapsed, but it was a mainly Muslim country. Some in Chechnya supported the Russian 'rule' while others resented it. And like Heather said, to blame a whole country for what 2 people did (as far as we know) is ridiculous.
Did we ever find out why they bombed us though? I'm dying to know. This may even be just another theory. But what if the government framed and hired them to cover up the government bombing them. Or they're trying to pick a fight with Russia.
No one is blaming a whole region or group of people. Isn't it obvious who and what is being blamed? You have to blame the two individuals for their actions, of course, but these two didn't get where they were all by themselves. They had help and were influenced by others. It is the radical Islamists...very simple.
@bbmewcat these guys had lived in the US for a long time, not near Russia. They were acting out of religious fervor, so it didn't matter which place they attacked and I doubt they were working for the Chechens
It's the families fault too. They knew that something was wrong with their kids/relatives. But they never told. So.
If the bruins had won the Stanley Cup, that would have gone down in the history books!! #BostonStrong
Please don't be oblivious to the mass media's intentions. They are trying to cause hatred by targeting and dividing races through generalized violent perceptions.
