The Conjuring! Thoughts?

I just came back from seeing The Conjuring and found it good. The one thing that I disliked not really about the movie but the advertising is that in the 2 minute trailers it gave out all the scary scenes. That disappointed me because I knew what was coming next in those what is going to happen scenes.

A funny thing though is that when the movie ended a drunk guy was sleeping when everyone left the theatre. I did not have a camera but I wish I did. Would have been a nice picture. XD

I liked it. It wasn't particularly well-paced, and at the end I was just kind of 'meh'. But on the whole I enjoyed it.

 

I have streamed this movie twice. The first time was meh, ending is complete garbage. Second time, looking back, it's not even remotely scary.

 

Overall, I enjoyed the movie. There are bits at it that made me cringe a little, but overall it was a very enjoyable movie.

 

I agree. It was predictable which I was disappointing about. Nothing really happened which would put it out of the ordinary exorcist movies.

 

The conjuring was a mediocre movie at best.
Nothing to make it stand out of all the other horror films, but nothing to make it un-watchable.

 

it's another exorcism movie, but i really enjoyed it!

 

It was a pretty good movie. Even better that it was based off a true story!

 

I liked the movie, but the ending was rather off, some thing was not right about it.
