the best settings

    There are no "best settings". Experiment with them and find what works best for you. If your looking for safe buy times aim for 3+ seconds.

    You can go a lot faster than that without having any problems

    I usually work between 2-3 seconds, and they're pretty successful. c:

    I typically do 3 seconds
