I want my shoutbox access pls guys

    I am unable to view the shoutbox on it's direct page, as well as the main page of the forum.

    "You do not have permission to view the Shoutbox." she said.

    I've looked into this a bit, Shawn. I'm not entirely sure why you weren't or can't see the Shoutbox, but next time you're online, let me know if it's working.

    How about now, Charlie? I honestly don't know exactly why some of these permissions are a bit out of whack.
