Erm... yes, if one worships Satan then they are indeed Satanic... however, even Satanic people believe in "God". They just don't worship him. I would say that would make you a true atheist... unless you believe in ANY kind of god(s)/goddess' or other almighty beings. Thusly, making you agnostic. Me, I am agnostic. I believe in some kind of God, I'm just not entirely certain it's the same God that christians worships. But I am not atheist, because I do believe in some form of higher being.. as opposed to, say, someone that believes in the big bang theory; no God.

yeah I understand... I have been confused for years trying to figure out what the truth is... A little hard when my mom's family is Wiccan and my dad's is Pentecostal. Sometimes just thinking about makes my head hurt. Right now I don't believe, but who knows I am only 19yos so I might believe in something one day in the future. Don't worry at least it was just a small mistake and not something you do over and over.
I'm pretty much laid back about people's "beliefs" as long as they aren't trying to cram them down my throat. You have yours, I have mine. The end. What is annoying is when people start a thread like this, without even knowing the meaning of what they're talking/asking about. I've studied multiple religions, extensivly. If a massive group of atheists joined together as a body of believers.. or non-believers in their case, all they would do is proclaim that there is no God... now what do you do with the other 49 minutes of your 'religious' service? Religion is NOT a having a belief, it's a practice OF beliefs.

atheism was made to make ppl think that there was no God.... that is a misconception like Jhnboy said... there were articles showing logic to prove that God exists

ATHEISM is NOT a religion. The exact meaning of Atheism is "The disbelief or denial of a God or Godess" The origin of the word Atheist comes from the Greek words "a" meaning without and "theos" meaning god) And there is not PROOF that God exsists.
Just like Anarchy. Which is not a government- but a lack thereof. But with your last statement, atheists can say that we have no proof that God DOES exist. xD. Remember Miracle on 34th Street. Where they say we can't prove that God is real or that the wind does either. But we see the world around us. And that's why we believe in Santa Claus . No just kidding about the Santa part :lol: But that is all we have to go with. Also . you have to remember that God created atheists too . I suppose you need opposition to everything ?
