Just incase people don't want to go through the bother of downloading the trial, finding a legit version of PRO, uninstaling the trial and installing PRO, here's the zip file of mine ;)

I don't have PRO, and I have no problems at all with LimeWire, it's a lot better than some of the other P2P programs like Kazaa or napster :p

P2P programs are the devil. I only torrent, and even then I only download torrents that have several different positive comments from different users.

    /pets computer.

wouldn't want to hurt mah baby.

    Limewire F/W

Limewire (the freeversion) is a bit slower than other versions but I don't mind. What's the difference because f/v and pro?

Isn't Ares better? I used Limewire before and it's quite fast when I download songs.. But when I download movies, mpeg files and stuff, it's awfully slow.. I agree with the rest of you guys here.. :)

I suggest just using Limewire for music. For the programs, movies that you seek, use Bittorrent.

I agree, for music only. But nowadays it's a lot worse than it used to be. :? I remember two years ago where there were only relevant results when you search, no trashy spam.

Thats why I stopped using limewire, whenever I searched I would get an advert. If you use an iso file its basically the CD but virtually and unless someone puts a virus on the iso...(Just scan them) then you're golden.
