Do you think they were good trades that can take them to the cup?

Sopel imo was the best by far.

meh, ive never found sopel to be really good from the past
i was hoping nonis would package maybe schneider, koltsov and a decent draft pick for a young RFA forward who can score very well so our scoring woes could be solved :( or at least add in a bit more scoring
im still pissed that in the 2005 draft we took luc bourdon instead of anze kopitar(now with the LA kings) kopitar would be like 3rd in scoring on the tema right now if he were a canuck

if canucks stop playing the way they have been the past week(they were playing very sloppily, but still managed to get wins  ) then they have a good shot... nashville/detroit's record looks good because they get to face chicago, blues, columbus 8 times each and they are pretty much easy wins, so thats like 20 free wins there
buffalo is good, but we lost in OT to them having sabourin in net, with luongo in net we probably could've won
