Has anyone seen the show 'Wicked' if so what did you think?

I have read the book and really enjoyed it so am going to London next week to see it on stage. I can't see how they are going to translate it into a stage show!?

It's called failing. That whole thing will fail.
I sound negative but I just can't see it happening.

Are you talking about Wicked the musical? Based on the book Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West? If so, it certainly did not fail. I've seen it five times (I know, I'm a lame-o) and I love it.

Ibadmus is right it did not fail, it has been running for quite a while now. Maybe Marcs is talking about something else :?

Anyway, did you read the book aswell Ibadmus? I am currently reading the sequel 'Son of a Witch' it's good but not the same without Elphaba.

I must say I have seen a local production of it, and I loved it. I am also currently attempting to find a way to go see it on Broadway. The book was fabulous, and right now I'm working on another of his books called The Ugly Stepsister.

Actually I moved a few weeks ago, and I can't seem to find it after the move, I was about a quarter way through the book, but I was enjoying it. I considered reading son of a witch since I loved Wicked so much, but I didn't think the book would bee the same without elphaba.
