I would be cool if we went to mars.
But back to what you were saying... Well, either they faked the first one... Or they faked them all. Personally. I dont think we went at all... yet.

But i DO think that they are making this next one the real thing.

Notice how they keep pushing back the date. Like they are having problems... But it was SOOO easy in the 60s. Shoot they were doing it all the time.

It actually took them quite a few attempts to "go to the moon" back in the 60's. But I'm still not convinced that they landed on the moon..

If you read the past posts though, you'll find that we have explanations, methods, and even locations that could have been used to fake the entire ordeal. It's all explained in the past posts, and if you read it I'm sure you'll find in interesting and may even come to a different conclusion.

that was also already mentioned. There is a difference between space and themoon. Satalites are alot closer than the moon.

Huh? Info from mars comes from space robots that were deployed years ago.

It'll be a heck of a risk to take, lying on such a large scale. considering the political climate then, not going first probabaly won't kill America.

    But being caught lying...

The canadians will never let that go.-

You know... it's very easy to say no landing's occured... but people fail to give any proof. Has anyone been produced saying this was all a conspiracy? That the whole thing was a fraud? That would be front page of every paper around the world.

Saying it did NOT happen is like saying a person is guilty until proven innocent. You don't disprove a known fact with no hard evidence.

What you all are failing to realize is...

It was a space race, between the US and Russia.

If there was no moon landing's, you could pretty much be certain the Russian's would have loved to rub it in the face of the Americans, and many times since the 60's the areas where the moon landings occured have been rephotographed and you can in actually see the landers and tire tracks of the rovers.

Why haven't we gone back? Simple. Economics. Going to the moon became too routine, and no one was getting excited about it. The lawmakers decided to take the funding... and put it (in their words) to better use.

And finally... back in those days... no one could keep a secret. The big news stories back then included the Pentagon Papers, The Nixon Saga... and other major national security leaks. The last thing they could do in a bureaucracy as large as the US Government and NASA is keep a secret that big.

"Apollo XI landed on July 20, 1969. The last men to walk on the Moon, the astronauts of Apollo XVII, returned to Earth on December 19, 1972, while Richard Nixon was still in the White House, the Vietnam War was still raging, and before half the world's current population were born."

11 men landed on the moon.

If you want to read a web site that debunks the whole Apollo program was faked... go here: http://pirlwww.lpl.arizona.edu/~jscotti/NOT_faked/

That is a great piece of information. Thank you for posting it as it is great to see both sides of the argument.

And America itself if very hype about conspiracies. It is easy to lead people down a path they want to believe

Here is a website supporting the conspiracy. If some people wanted to see what info that they are talking about.

lol theres so many fallacies in your argument. I personally believe we went to the moon, but the way you argue it is just filled with numerous holes. They're not disproving a "know fact" becuase its not even a fact. They're simply providing evidence to support a conspiracy theory because everyone love conspiracies. There are numerous pieces of evidence provided that are very persuasive, ie the reflection in the helmet, no stars in the sky, etc etc etc. Also, there had been no landings since the Arstrong landing that has revisited the original landing site. The US/USSR arguement is also fuel for the conspiracy theory becuase with more pressure to become the first to the moon, since they were the first to space, the US couldve easily staged the whole thing to gain the upper hand.

    Re: ?

We gave theories, explanations, and even locations for the hoax previously on this board. While I personally believe that we have at some point landed on the moon, many of the arguments against it are very well constructed and logical.
