Neopets, I don't think I've ever met as many report-happy noobs in my life (Other than in CS... but they can't really report you they just complain alot)
The report happies really get to me. Yesterday a n00b sent me a neomail telling me he was reporting me because I had a trade up where I asked for 50k more then the going price.
neopets, with all those ppl who post totally unrelated things in chat just to get attention like "i had to walk in the HAIL today!"
The thing that annoys me most on neo is the people who get all into other peoples business. Like one person was lending some pets free and a person autospammed the board until it exploded because they were against pet lending. It's like real world extremists on neopets and it pisses me off.
neopets, when u put an expensive item in tp and r like neomail me good offers, then u get all these offers like 10k when its worth 1mil
Neopets has been becoming more and more empty player wise over the last couple years. Ever since they employed the 2 week TP rule, the game doesn't seem so appealing anymore. Runescape is in my opinion the best MMORPG ever made (10x better than warcraft), even though its crudely built, technology wise. Runescape players are much more annoying though, becuase I hardly find anyone in Neopets to talk to anymore lol.
Neopets. Rather it be neo-mails asking for pets or reduced item prices, or rather it be plain old annoying immature people, Neopets has it all.

Well... On the TP (in Neopets) a guy was asking 8k NPs for some scratch cards, and I only have 7800-ish at the time (on hand, sadly)...So I offered all my NPs on-hand PLUS a Main Codestone (Very ETS)...and the guy sends me a neomail, bans me from neomailing him and from offering on his lots on the Trading Post... Those kind of people are the jerks on Neopets that aren't necessarily 12 year-old kids... So, I'll have to say Neopets, though my vote is bias because I can't stand Runescape's graphics so I never really played it.

Neo. I mean if something happens, half the boards are people complaining about it, and half the people are saying to stop complaiing. Then the people that didn't actually MAKE a board, go into EEEEVERY single one and complain that they are not helping. Well, recently (2 months ago...?) I made PM and Public Chat friends only and only add RL friends, so I don't really know. But usually, people will occasionally follow you around and ask for a weapon or something you are wielding. But it's not like in neopets, wheer peopel are like "can i have a free pb???" they offer a reasonable price. If oyu dont want to sell it they usually go away. And there are really nice people, too, I find that rare in neopia. For example, people go and make iron armor and weapons and then sit in lumby castle (where all the newbies start out) and give it away for free. Though there are occasional people who just go around to people minding there own business and are just like "omg you guys are such noobs." But neopets, uggggh, I lvoe the site. Just not most of the memebers.
Since neopets is a more varied game, it attracts lots of people and thus the existence of personalities from both poles, the immature spammy types and the kinder gameplay enhancing types. Just the way it is. As for runescape, i simply can't stand it. :lol:
Runescape definitely. In Neopets, you can always avoid spammers and scammers, not like in runescape, where since the first time you start walking (well, at least after the tutorial ) you listen to people scamming and people who got scammed asking for help, it's rubbish, Neopets Powns Runescape!
I find Runescape the worst, since I'm a very experienced player all these n00bs ask me to take them everywhere and then they follow me around.
