They're not totally victims...
14&15 are old enough to know what is right and what is wrong.
Along with that..this is a female teacher, so it couldn't be possible that they were force to.

 

That teacher must be desperate or something, lol. I think its quite bad for the boys to have a criminal record just because they did something like this, in which case I'm supposing they're the victims. But its wrong, so yeah.

 

I agree that they know what is right or wrong. But I still believe that 14/15 is still an age where they can't quite make a choice without succumbing to some form of coercion or manipulation by an adult.

 

Not according to the law. 16-17 is the age of consent in most states (for some its 18)

 

Excuse me? She couldn't have forced them because she was a girl? Women can force themselves on men too, it doesn't only happen the other way around. In fact, most times those crimes never get reported because the victims feel too embarrassed because of that sort of mentality.

Now, I'm not saying she violently raped the boys, but legally it is statutory rape, and women have/will force themselves onto men in the past/future, just like men. While in this case the boys probably wanted it, that doesn't mean that they always give consent.

I'm quite shocked that some of you find this story amusing. It's paedophilia and an abuse of an authority position, and should be treated as such. The funny thing is, it would be taken far more seriously if a 23 year old male teacher had sex with a 14 year old girl. And if you don't take it seriously because the children (which is what they are) were 14 and 15, where do you draw the line? 13? 12? 11? and so on.

Laws need to be tightened on this sort of thing.
