A friend made a forum

So i need to know, how people make new forums known?

i cant say the url here because is a non neopets non english related forum :k

but anyway to atract users ... how did neofriends grow? i found it googling it o.o

That's exactly how I found it. Sort of...

One of my not-so-legit friends found it first, registered, and posted a few times. She was iced shortly after finding this place and ended up passing it on to me through messenger.

She couldn't remember the exact name so I just googled it and (( bam )) here it is. -giggle-
