I've seen greasemonkey mentioned a couple of times, but not having its own thread, and i wasn't really sure where to post this, but whatever.

Anyway, greasemonkey is a ridiculously helpfully plug-in for firefox. And it is available here.
    http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org/

(If you are still living the stone age, firefox is available here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/)

Basically , it allows custom scripts to be applied to a website, to do things like improve your browsing experience, have personalised menus on screens, and do a bunch of neat tricks. I use it on alot of the sites i visit, especially Neopets.

Anyway, as i said before, the main part of GreaseMonkey are the scripts, ones that you will probably want are available here.

I personally recommended the NeoHax script and ImproveNeo script (which i believe has been mentioned on this forum before) which when combined, let you zip around neopets far easier than conventional bookmarking :)

Anyway, thought you might like it.
If this has been posted before , or anything else that im not aware of, please feel free to boo and spit at me :)

Ack , it does seem like the userscripts site is down at the moment , and neopets have slightly changed their layout. Pff, i post a guide , and 10 minutes later its nearly obsolete :p. Hopefully the script site will be back up soon.
As other people in this thread has posted, there are lots of scripts to do lots of useful things, im very fond of being able to easily rip whole vidoes off YouTube and dailymotion :)

Looks like they just found a way to ban the greasemonkey from neopets.... That REALLY sucks... as i was quite a fan of improve neo... been using it for like 6 months now.
