A problem I'm having with making an account

Whenever I try to make an account on the first screen neopets tells me I need to have cookies enabled to go on. The problem is, I already do have cookies enabled, so I don't see why its not completeing. Anyone know why?.

 

Make sure that neopets is not on the exceptions list or try clearing your cookies and trying again

 

Nothings on the exceptions list, and I cleared my cookies six times.

Try deleting your cookies then re-starting your computer

 

This used to happened to me all the time on my old computer, what i'd have to do was disable my firewall to play neopets.. I didn't know how to fix it i tried everything.. Now i just got a new computer and it works fine

 

They have a new system of creating pet now...so you can't create -1 hp pet anymore

 

Go to tools, at the top of your browser, then go to options, and enable the cookies...

 

or IP BAN. Now that would suck alot
