So, I've decided to try ABing on my account using Abrosa to see what happens. (Never ABed before.) Been running it for 3 days, 1 hour each, at various times, but it's not grabbing anything.

Is this unusual? I'm only running it in the Chocolate Factory. I suppose it could be that the shop hasn't stocked anything good while the program is running.

*facepalm* I don't know why I didn't include that part. Sorry.

    Abrosia.

So a program that isn't on this forum - we can't exactly give support for that. But we can help out with the general lack of item-sniping :p.

Perhaps you could post some of your refresh settings?

Yeah. I didn't expect to get actual programming support, just... General Chit-Chatting, lol.

I think the refresh rate is between 6-15 seconds, with roughly 2-3 more to haggle, etc. And I'm sure the list I made is accurate. Personally, I haven't been able to legitimately RS anything good in this shop for about 2 months now, so it could indeed be a limited stock thing.

6-15 seconds is really slow for refresh rates. No wonder you haven't been getting anything, unless you get it by luck.

If you want to be on the safer side, try 2-5 seconds refresh rate.

If you want to get more items (less safe), try 1-3/1-4 seconds.

Doh. I guess I was really aiming low. I'll try lowering the refresh rate & see if I get more luck.

Although, if your refresh rate is 1-3sec, isn't it obvious you're ABing? I don't think I can actually (legitimately) refresh at 1-3sec with my internet connection.

I don't think it's the refresh time that's the main problem. You should check to see how long your buy times are taking. If you want a chance at decent times, your times should be around 3-4 seconds.

My abber setting are 4-6 seconds for refresh and 1,5-2 seconds for haggling. I leave it abbing for 1h-1h 30m

It is that a programme or it works over a browser?

It's a program (pretty much the only thing I've found that works on a Mac).

For comparison sake, I went to the Chocolate Shop today and refreshed at 2-5 seconds manually for about 1.5 hours. Nothing good restocked while I was staring at the computer. Obviously, this shop hates me. -_-

    Are you restock banned?

No, because I still see restocks. Just not profitable stuff. -_- (And my account is definitely old enough, so I don't think that's the problem.)

Not to rip on Neocodex but the only good thing they have is the item database

With that ABer can you see if you've missed an items? You might just be getting really slow buy times...

Yeah, I can see items I've missed. Tried a different shop last night, and it worked.

I've never seen any notification about missed items at the Chocolate shop, though. -_-
