ABing Time Suggestion?

    Hey guys.

    I'm wondering on how long I should Abing on 'Risky' Shop like, Battle Magic, Defense Magic, and so on.
    I current doing 30mins RSing and 1Hour pause in one shop (Battle Magic),
    I manually change the shop to other one (Defense Magic) for another 30mins, and call it done for a day.
    I use pause refreshes also, 40 - 60 refreshes, then pause for 120 - 180 sec.

    What do you think?

    I think that's a good abing time, but don't go over that.
