Account Banned!

    made a bunch of accounts a few years ago and trying to log into them now and it just says "account banned". no other reason. anyone know why?

    They are being purged and deleted slowly.

    I was noticing they will bann accounts if a 3+ accounts are made on one ip on the same day and stay inactive. They see them as shell accounts, so to fight the sell of shells they will ban them if inactive for to long.

    I had this accounts with some UC on it and it got purged. I was so mad.

    yeah u have to keep the acc active, has happened to me before.

    ahhh that's so annoying. must have lost about 70 accounts from this! all different ips and usernames, all almost 4 years old. Didn't want to touch them though and was just going to sell them, and bam, I realise they're frozen. Thanks for letting me know. how often do you have to log in to stop your account being purged?

    Not sure if it was a one time thing they inflicted on all accounts or if it's an on-going thing...

    An account has to of been inactive for 18 months before it can be purged.

    if you haven't logged in for 2 years of so and they do a scan, the inactive ones will be removed

    I had a 10 year old account when i made it back in the day, never played it, they purged it.

    I have 2 accounts that are three years old, I haven't touched them for like 2,5 years.
    They still exist luckily :)
    What is the average inactivity time to get purged?

    Funny, I have a 10.5 year account. Logged in like once in the past 8 years, not banned.
