When you go to the 'About Us' page, and you see
'Adam currently has 11,068,786 Neopoints, more than you - haha!'
Does that mean on hand or all together, including bank?

 

I think that means on hand. Not 100% sure though.

 

thats what i thought.. but when i took 1mill out of the bank and refreshed the 'About Us' page, the number stayed the same..

The number always stays the same unless you have that same amount on hand, or more on hand. It is referring to how many neopoints he has, compared to you

Eg

Adam has X neopoints, more than you
Adam has X neopoints, the same as you (avatar)
Adam has X neopoints, not as much as you

It is saying that Adam has this much, which is more, the same, or less than you...

Does that make any sense?
