Adblock question

I'm fairly sure the answer is no, but I figured I'd ask anyway.....

In situations where two items use the same picture, like Fire Lupe Plushie and Magical Fire Lupe Plushie, is there a way to get Adblock to differentiate between the two?

I have these adblocked.

If you adblock one, the other gets adblocked as well, not sure why, but it does.

 

Both images get blocked because they both use the same image. Its the same for all the magical plushies, they all use the same image as their non-magical counterparts. When they stock, they usually sit there for a good few seconds too.

 

arent the elephante and flotsam plushies different from the magical ones? if so, those are probably the only magical plushies youre going to see
