    I think so. It's like how your account has to be old enough to use Coltzan Shrine, or be 4 months old to adopt better pets at the adoption centre

    I have been looking forward to December for 7 months now. I'm so happy I could throw a party. I love advent calendar. I'm going to go there and refresh today to see if I get lucky.
