Ah, fark. Frozen...... and this time I didn't deserve it :(

    Got frozen for using a cheat program .... it's been like 2 years since I've used a program. And I haven't used one on this account.

    The closest I did to cheating on this account was buying and selling neopoints...... but that wasn't the reason for the freeze.

    Sucks. Put a lot of effort into that account :(

    Anyone know the best way to get myself unfrozen? It's been over two years since I've tried to get one unfrozen.

    They seem to have this new ticketing system which is dogs balls.. I don't want to wait two months to get a response that doesn't address my issue. Ridiculous. And I emailed straight to charlotte, brandon, emily and another person @support.neopets.com. And I got a response telling me they were out of service and to use the ticketing system.

    Does using BBB.org to get accounts unfrozen still work? :(

    owww that sucks will.

    Thats why i started cheating my first main neopets account go frozen for buying items of others.

    hope that you get it unfrozen

    I played the cheating angle for a while.

    But I enjoyed being legit, or mostly legit, this time.

    Hope I get unfrozen too :(

    how much did you make? did you lose a lot ?

    again i hope that you get it back. I think its unfair when ligit accounts get band and they dont care about it.

    I would have bought a lot of NPs, but I made a lot more than I bought.

    Probably lost about 680M, I guess. :(

    You could give BBB a shot. I've heard TNT ignoring BBB inquiries sometimes, but it's better than nothing.
    Since you are innocent, there is some chance to get it back but the ticketing system is sub par. It took 8 months for somebody in my guild to get his account back, although he had all the correct details.

    8 MONTHS? Jesus Christ. The worst I heard was two :(

    Well, I submitted two inquiries via BBB.org, and a ticket. So I'll see how it goes.

    Sorry to hear that Will, maybe its just a glitch or something because you haven't used a program so fight it. Try Viacom, they have a link for submitting an inquiry and under one of the pull down menus there is a slot for neopets. I heard its faster because its the main site. Good luck Will!
