i love the feeling after i've iced my legs for like 20 mins on each leg cuz they're all numb and after a really hard practice( we had to run a 200m sprint in under 25 seconds or else we had to do it again.... i ended up doing like 16 ) it feels sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo effing good to not feel my legs and i just though i would let you guys in on how good it feels and i'm starting to think it just might be better than sex :lol:

ahh I could use some ice, legs are killing just started fitness class again after being lazy for a year rugby season is coming up soon I see pain in my future should probably invest in a human sized freezer now haha
