Race to Riches is around 665-700 each, Terror Trove around 780-800, Faeries Fortune around 1.4k, Peak O Plenty around 11-12k, Icetravaganza around 140k.

Nope, you don't get to choose. The chances are very low to get rare scratchcards like Icetravaganza, maybe one in a hundred thousand?
