Just wondering if anybody else here plays the game aside from me. I just recently upgraded my town store into a Nookington's, hooray!

Either one... I have both. I'm surprised there aren't more people that play both Neo and Animal Crossing.

I love animal crossing for the GC, but I get too bored with it now. I heard a new one is coming out soon for GC :funky:

I wish it was coming to GC.
    I love this game.
I get addicted to it for a few weeks then I set it aside for a while.
I want the crock in my town.

In the GC version you can cheat like crazy... if you go to Tom Nook's, talk to him, go to "Say Code," and put in this: WB28pARAcnownU
    jMCK%hTk8JHyrT
It'll give you 30k bells. I wish you could do that in the DS version...

Yea but you lose interest fast if you cheat in AC.
I know how to do the duping trick and did it for a few items and then stopped.
Oh well, time to pick it up and play some more.

I guess I just never got bored with buying as much stuff as possible. :p I never managed to get my town get the "perfect" rating, though.

I was going to get this but I had no idea what it was about..

can someone elaborate (or give me a link to a site that does)?

Would it be worth getting the DS and JUST this game?

Whether or not you like the game really depends on the kind of gamer you are. If you like slow-paced, easy games with lots of dialogue and you love hoarding money and objects, Animal Crossing is for you. It's a lot like the Sims in that regard. I bought my DS just to play Animal Crossing, and while I've gotten a few games since, I definitely still play Animal Crossing the most. If you have a wireless connection it's even more fun, because you can play with people over Nintendo wi-fi network. Maybe someday we can organize a Neofriends Animal Crossing get-together.

Yeah, that is the type of game I like. I think I made a thread a long time ago asking about something like this but I don't remember what specifics I was asking for. I'll have to look into it :)

I've played it on the DS from a friend^^ It's so cute! I love the characters!
It's also funny that you can invite other real people in your city^^ ...even if they sometimes stole something x3
Anyway I think I couldn't play it so much, I get easy bored!
