Any guides to transferring non legit nps?

i have plenty of nps that are not legit, but i want to transfer them. what is the safest way to do so?

 

I'm very curious about this as well, I've heard transfering through shop is the safest way. But I'm not too sure.

shop method works, try to make it look like a guild donation shop or something.
Just try not to transfer like, 10 million neopoints through buying 100 items for 99,999 nps each
raises suspicion.

Go to neoboards, and create a thread that says youre quitting (or taking a break) and giving things away
and then out of everyone trying to get the items,
just choose your shell.
