Anyone else having this issue right now??

I tried logging into Neo on several accounts and it is telling me that I have the wrong password
I tried the clicking 'back' thing but it is not working


I was just in all of these accounts like 15 minutes ago [...]

I just wanna know if I'm the only one or if this another update issue​

 

Same here, telling me that my password was wrong. I tried entering my email and username for retrieval and it says "that account does not exist". Hopefully it's just a glitch! Haha.

Yeah thank god. I thought I got CG'd or something. I was about to be REALLLLLL pissed.

Probably some glitch, I just came home and no problem logging in. Some people are in this frozen glitch, hopefully I can get my account back..

I'm not having this but grrrrr I'm having one that's so frustrating!! I'll go to log in. I'll put in my username. Get to the next page. Put in the password. Click log in. It loads the next page, but the page is white (it doesn't load). And it doesn't log me in. Doesn't matter which account I try. Also it's not firefox because I tried it on safari got the same thing.

 

Yeah it should be fine now I think - at least it is for me and I was having the same problem :/

 

Well I guess I was just lucky to get logged in then...

I don't know why they just don't put the Red Pteri back up until they've got everything arranged.
This just aggravates people more I think

 

yup, was having this problem too..if i keep trying to get in, eventually i'll be able to but damn ! its irritating, i don't have all day to get into one account !

Yeah it's still happening right now. This sucks it's been like what 4+ hours since it started? One of my account's b-day is today too

 

Yeah I've been to the shops and back and I left 4.5 hrs ago and its still going on. I freaked out though when it first happened, I just hope my account is the same as I left it!

 

Ya same thing for me (white page thingy) Its been hours....usually TNT would have this fixed but its Friday so they can get a break!

 

Yeah I just thought about how it's Friday... which means... they might not work on it until Monday................... ........ ...... *tears hair out and goes and cries in because of loneliness/emptiness without neopets* ARGH!! Why did I have to log out of my account?!

 

Ahaha its ok! They work now. Just log in to your account normally and accept the terms and conditions! But roaming around the site I noticed its kinda slow........

 

That is exactly what is happening to me! I still can't login!!!!
