Anyone know how long un-activated accounts can stay un-activated before they're deleted? Please only post if you know.
It's random, depending on when your account comes to the notice of TNT. For example, I have an account that I created and prompty forgot the password of; the account is now 67 months old and has never been touched. It's not deleted yet, yet some people's accounts get deleted after only a few years.
From the Editorial a year ago: I couldn't find the exact place where TNT said that they would delete accounts that have been inactive for 2 years but seeing this I assume it's true. Also, I did some other research and 2 years seems to be the right amount. They don't delete all accounts that have been inactive for 2 years though. So often and then they decide to delete some accounts that have been inactive for over 2 years. So it's best to log in at least every 2 years.. even if you decide to take a break Edit: need..to..read..better :arf:
Oh no I'm talking about accounts that haven't been activated, you know how when you create an account you need to activate it with an email. I was wondering if anyone knew how long an account could go without having it activated.
From http://www.neopets.com/emailinfo.phtml Hmm.. so it is not necessary. That page doesn't say anything about deleting accounts that aren't activated so I assume they would only delete inactive accounts instead of unactivated accounts...
i'm pretty sure its around 5 years, one of my friends deleted when it was around 5-6 ish years. soooo.
neopets unactivated accounts I typed that into Google, and this was the second result. Not very helpful seeing as I got my question from viewing this thread -.- Well, I couldn't find the answer to this question: What restrictions are there on unactivated accounts? I was hoping to make a bunch, not activate any, SS on them, and then transfer to main (through long process) Is this possible?
