So I have the "MC" model of the 2nd gen itouch {which is when they added mics to the itouch headphones last year} and a lot of people don't realize that this model is a LOT different than the MB models when 2nd gen first came out. Everything is the same but the jailbreak process is really different.

I've been trying to jailbreak it for awhile and after many fails and restores {always stuck at the screen waiting for ibss for sn0wbreeze and stuck at something on redsn0w as well} ,it's really difficult..it never works and I'm on 4.1 software.

Maybe i'm just noob or i'm just working with a harder model clearly, so if anyone knows how, do share tips :p

Currently the 2nd gen MC model can not be jailbroken (Or at least not on 4.1), but it will be supported by greenposi0n soon.

    http://www.greenpois0n.com/

Right now the last release was RC3. They said that RC4 would support it.

Find a downgrade on the internet for version 3.1.2 and then install it to your device. Once you are running 3.1.2, on your iPod go to safari and go to jailbreakme.com and then it will say slide to jailbreak. It will do some things and overall it will take about 10 minutes to jailbreak depending on your connection.
