That dont cost you nps? I was woundering because a friend once told me that theire was this program that duplicated items in a shop and then gave you one and the shop owner kept one also. Is theire really such a thing?
If you can't do it without a program, you cant do it with one. That explains everything. So if it is impossible to do, it is impossible to do with a program

Actually there are programs like refreshers/spider refreshers and the sponsor link programs that don't cost any neopoints, but like Joe said, there isn't any kind of program that does those things.
