just the amount of refreshing you do to be a legit RSer. my bro got banned for a day for refreshing too much
Besides, with so much freezing on Neo nowadays, it's not worth the hassle to actually spend hour RS'ing.
ABer's can get you iced, but they can be very good at snagging hard to get items when you just refresh
