In my own oppinion, the xbox360 is the best for home pro gaming with Live and Wii is the lighests and easiest to transport. --- Rules of this debate: -Dont be rude -Keep in mind that some are more expencive than others... -The question is "Which one is the best OVERALL..." -Here are a few systems you might want to argue: Wii, Xbox, Xbox360, PSP, PS3, Mac, Windows, Game Cube, Nintendo DS --- My answer to the question: I think Wii is the best overall because of the ability to transport it easily and with the remote its very interactive. Enjoy the brawl
current gen-xbox 360, i love live and the game library is the best of the all the systems right now imho old school-super Nintendo, it was just rpg heaven XD
Hahaha word I have it too- its awesome ---- Heh. Nintendo has always had an RPG thing going (Zelda, Pokemon, Ect...)
Xbox 360 sux at FPS games. We all acknowledge that. IN my oppinion Windows and PC are the best gaming system. PSP is for school breaks and Nintendo DS for kids who don't know how to walk yet. Wii is for those who want to lose weight or keep in shape. That's just it :yup:
I haven't really gotten to play on a game system because I'm not allowed to have one. But, I have tried almost all of them. My favorite Xbox 360, never tried Wii though.
I agree with you, I think the Wii is the best out of the three new generation. 1. It's small, light, sexy, portable to almost anywhere. 2. It's cheap! 3. It has old games from the wii store like nes/n64 games etc. 4. You can easily mod it to play burnt games (I'm sure every system out there can do this) 5. BRAWL;TSO2;MK Only con I can think of it is that it doesn't have much fun games right now, maybe in the future.
I agree with everything except for the Wii part. I have Wii and play CoD5 and SSBB on it- but I'm already in shape @ 72 pounds... Thats a funny joke though ^^ --- I have a PSP and I use it in school ;-)
You weigh 72 pounds !?!?!?!? That's not in shape...unless you're like...5 That's scary But back on topic, I'm a sony whore, so PS3 Its the most expensive but it's sexiness, awesome games & graphics, and the fact that it'll play blu-ray movies make it worth it. EDIT: Just noticed the date on this now, my bad guys, major gravedig
1. Typo, it sucks not having a number pad... 8 not a 7. I'm under the age of 13.... 2. I know a kid my age who weighs 69... xD (She eats a fair amount. It's just she has like an over-active metabolism so he doesn't gain weight...) 3. I might get a playstation 3, but I am not so sure because their are so few games... Is wifi free on PS3? (Is there like PS3 Live that you have to pay for? Do you have to buy a seperate adapter to connect over wifi?)
I think that's too easy to just say that. In my opinion each gaming system has its own target customer: Xbox is for guys over 15 who want to play action games with good graphics, PS3 is for early adopters people who are really into technology and are willing to pay the price, Wii is for the whole family and especially for girls. Each one has its own specifecities but none is better than the other its just a question of preference and use
i vote wii although its lack of communication in online gameplay brings it down a little. but hang on i have a wii and i think it is one of the best 1) i am a guy 2) i am definately not overweight or unfit but if wii could bring slightly more interactivity in between online users it would be by far the best but for now i will say that xbox 360 and wii are very close!
That's kinda hard cause we're all biased toward one system... First, if you like FPS, you need a PC. Simple as that. Take any game you want, I'll kick your *ss with a mouse+keyboard vs a joypad. PC supremacy end here There's almost no good game for PC anymore. It's easier to do it for console since there won't be problem with compatibility. A good example of this is NHL09 (EA). The PS3 version is hot, the xbox360 one is f*cking crazy, and the PC one is a ripoff from the PS2 system. Sad. I've got a very good pc for gaming but no games to play with. If you like racing game, you must have a 360. Until playstation FINALLY release GT5 (not prologue ), Forza 2 is winning hands down. And the graphics are pure sex. IMO, 360 is better for this than the PS3. And the games library is better. So far, the only + for the PS3 is the blue-ray player. Some good games, but you can have them on the 360. Wii = Zelda. Overall, my choice would be the PS2 (!) because of the price, the shitload of used game available for dirt cheap, the fact that the slim ps2 can easily be taken anywhere you want and the fact that this console is nearly undestructable. If I take price out of the equation, I would take a PC. If I take reliability out, I end up with a 360. I had one, broke after 1 1/2 years and I replaced it with something better. For my needs, the PC is the best overall machine: Find me a console that can download music/movies while surfing the net watching at the same time the TV all this while burning a DVD and I'll change my mind. And I still can play nice games (not alot, but there's some) :arf: if I want with no problem at all. It will be hard to come to an unique answer. Like it was said before, it all depends on what you want to do with the system.
hope your joking, imo xbox 360 is the BEST system to play fps on (other than pc ofc). controls own imho. and no, im not a halo fan. i bought halo played it once and havent took it off my shelf since then, i still like fps on xbox more than wii/ps3.
I think for available games and online play: xbox 360. Wii is fun just cause it brings a different way to play the games.
lol online is 100% free on Playstation Network, not including your regular internet bill of course. the wireless is built in, so no adapter is needed. Theres another + for PS3 over XBOX lol, in the long run if you keep paying for XBOX Live every year it will end up costing you more then PS3 XD
360 not because of your reason, only because of the larger amount of games and the larger number of online users.
Xbox 360, without a doubt. No other platform has the community, or professional aspects associated with the Xbox, particularly in the Halo franchise.
I like Xbox just for the fact there are way more different types of games. Also Halo 3 is an epic game. I like the Ps3 but not necessarily the games offered on it ... thats just me tho.
I love the Wii. Brawl alone is in it's own category, but Wii Tennis has also won me over. I don't know how many hours I've spent swinging my Wii-mote back and forth at my TV lol
