Best places to refresh at

With the refreshing program. What are the best places to refresh to get items.

 

It doesnt matter. They are random events :wink:

 

Advent Calendar gives you Christmas Paint Brushes. It's very rare, though.

Anywhere on terror mountain, really. "Winter Raindom Event!"

 

But you can only get one Winter Event. But at least you have the chance of getting a X-mas Paint Brush and some other Random Events.

 

i usually use it on terror mountain. because u have a chance of getting a winter random event

 

i can't get my refresher to work or even open. any ideas how i fix it?

at the wheel of medioctrity, i heard thats a good place aside from terror mountain, i have gotten some really good re's at terror mountain

 

i would choose terror mountain as it has the winter event thing

 

I'd say the Event Calendar, it usually gives you neggs which you can sell off for 6k each, well atleast thats where I refresh.

 

i would use it to get battledome challengers easily, also in terror mountain.. but it doesn't really matter, u can get a SHH anywhere 8)

I was thinking... what have an autorefresher different from a program like the browser Opera?.? It refresh more quickly?
Another question... Opera is legal on Neopets? If not, they can notice it?

 

lol on nintendo wiis you can access the internet and the internet browser is opera powerd and i went on neopets before
they had no prob with it
