billy_bob_joe refresher HELP!

    yeah it says
    "either unkown format or damaged"


    what format is it. im using WINrar which works for like everything.

    or is it just damage.

    is your problem when you unzip it or try to open the refresher?

    i have mozilla and after i download it and try to open it it gives me that crap.
