LOL, they must have got a fair few complaints about it.
But sayin that, when did TNT care about complaints? :p

Wow this is wicked, thanks so much for the information! ^^

Wonder why TNT decided to do this though.
Shall take down the birthdays of each account just in case...

[Edit] Just unlocked a crapload of accounts. No UC pets, to my disappointment. Just wished that I wasn't so noobish in the past to name my accounts and pets that stupidly -_- [/Edit]

I can't unlock REALLY old accounts though (i.e. 6-7 years ago). I can still view their user lookup, but it says 'bad password' when I try to sign into them. And when I request for the password to be sent to my email, it says that there's 'no such username', when I can still view the lookup! Hence clearly it's not because the password is wrong. TNT screwed up when switching servers I guess o_O

I have found that do the "lost username" field instead and input your email will have both the user name/password sent to your address of all accouts ever registered on that email.

    Oh yes, it worked! ^^

^ For those experiencing this problem, send the username and password to the email associated with it. After you receive the email, you won't get a 'bad password' error. Not sure why this error surfaced in the first place, but yep this method works! :D
