I am frustrated, I had 2 old accounts that I remember username and password but I can't remember birthday I entered on them. Any way to recover those accounts or to remember bdays? Thanks
Don't know of any way to recover it but hmmm...did you maybe change it by a year or two? Maybe use a relative or friends birthday? How about something from a book, movie, favorite song?? Think, think, think, :yup:
Do you have any accounts you can log in that is friended to that account? If so, you can check that account everyday to see when it changes birthdays? It'll take a long time but if you really want it back...
This is actually a decent idea. And one I never thought of. I too share the problem of not remembering the birthday to an old account. A couple old accounts, actually. Unfortunately for me, the account that was friends with this forgotten one is somewhere in the frozen hardware of TNT's database. The only thing I can suggest is start at the beginning. January 1 -random year- and begin working through the days. It's a long, drawn out process. I made it to February 20th before growing tired of the waiting and failure. -laughs.-
Try your bday, holidays(like xmas), day acct was created, etc. but be sure to use correct year(befriend the account).
Just ask TNT to tell you the bday, sometimes they're nice and will give you access to it. Tell them something along the lines of "I entered in a fake birthday for privacy purposes"
Yeah there is no way. I have 3 old accounts I cant get back because stupid me made an old bday or combined bdays with a friend long gone out of my life. Not to mention when I Was a kid, I made up a lot of crap so yeah. I emailed TNT so many times. And what I am assuming, because they refused my request to get the account back for many years {I followed instructions from a petpage and what not someone posted here} and I think they check your cheat history and stuff when you email them? I'm not sure it's just a guess cuz the IP is included in the email when they return an automated message back. Anyways it's almost been a eyar, no luck with my account yet. GOod luck with you.
Haha thats not the worst story I heard. I actually had an account from the year neopets was created. Well silly old me got tired of neopets and disused it. Well when I started back up I tried accessing it (mind you this was about 3 years ago). Talked to TNT, they actually told me that my account went inactive they deleted and somebody else used that same name. I forgot to mention I did give TNT all the correct information at that. Thats what sucked about it.
